New start with blue royals (HH2004)

HH2004 is the one I've never get off from

Really I was afraid of spending my limited time in playing the game because already I spent a lot of my life in playing the game when I was in university and at the schools. While playing the game, it takes about 40 minutes to play just one game. I know sometimes it will be helpful for relaxing or rest... but worrid that there should be something more helpful to me, for example, reading and blogging or reading other people's thought. Reading the articles of MLB is better one than play the game, I think.

But I failed to let the temptation go out of my mind or my life. I started the new season with Royals, my new choice. I will be care about my playing time and not putting too much time to play. This is for bored weekend.

How's the team.

The owner and GM Kim said before the season that Royals would be the one of the best team in the league at the level with Yankees and Red Sox. Royals traded for Carlos Delgado, Victor Martinez, Carlos Guillen, AJ Burnett, Felix Rodriguez and so on. Imediatly they've changed into the championship team. Really amazing.

He said even though the team belongs to the MLB which is the icon sports of the US, it will be giving the excitement and entertainment stuffs to the PR people. Totally 4 teams have been moving their franchise to the new country. They will get benefits from the PR. Those teams are A's, Pirates and Padres. MLB has been all spported to those projects for its international success because if they want, they can another MLB teams in the US. So, there's no problem for them to give up several small market teams like Kansas City and Pittsburgh. In case of A's and Padres, US sold the both cities to the PR in return for other areas besides Mexico.

Anyway, 2007 season was started and new chapter of MLB will be opened. For many years, Royals has been one of the weakest team in the league, but the thing has been changed. Nobody would be suprised even if Royals will get to the World Series and be top in the MLB this year. They have money and players. Yankees and Red Sox have to face their new rivals in their league.


Kim, "I wanted my favorite players"

Kim said at the conference right before the season started, he traded for his favorite players in intension. Since he had been interested in the MLB, he has loved and repected some players like Carlos Delgado and Carlos Guillen.

"Delgado has been the best for me because he has thought and love his country and team. I think he deserves true leader of any club or any groop. He is a little old, so his status could be decreasing slowly from now on. But he is the only one who is fit to be leader and will have good job, I believe. Gullen is also the one I have rooted for. He is smart player and can help Delgado to bring the best from the team. I have good feeling about this season."


Delgado responded with satisfaction about playing for new team.

"I am really happy with this team and really excited to help this team write their new history. I can help and will do the best efforts as possible as I can. But the fact that Royals now has the franchise outside the US, has never influenced me in moving from Mets to Royals. Mets GM Minaya told me, 'It's up to you, they wants you, we respect your choice.' and I replied 'I think Mets need more powerful and young hitter than me right now. You can be reaching fan's hope with that guy. Thanks for your consideration.' that's it. I loved Mets. All teams in the Major League are the same to me regardless of where their franchise is located at. Just I want to enjoy this moment."
