마냥 지루하기만 할줄 알았는데, 생각보다 잔잔한 여유가 마음에 드는 영화였다.
일본영화 특유의 '비현실성'의 소재가 잘 어울리는 느낌이었다.
다이죠브데스,, 고메네...
남자주인공 나카무라 시도의 어눌한 표정연기가 좋았고, 아이도 귀여웠다.

It's something different of defeating Yankees? It's first match between both teams after A's franchise city Oakland was laid under the control of C.I.V. and first visit to Yankee stadium this year.
Rich Harden, posted 6.51 of ERA before the game, started for A's and Kevin Brown for Yankees. Two pitchers both have not pitched well this year. The stadium was all crowd to the limit and a lot of broadcast spotlights were there on the game. The match between two best teams in the league is making new rivaly through baseball history.
Harden had control problem early in the game, but allowed only 1 run until 6th inning. That was Damon's season 2nd home run. The dividing ridge was 6th inning. Right after inning was started, A's batters gathered 6 consecutive hits against Kevin Brown, and they scored 5 runs with 7 hits in that inning. Final score was 7-2.
A's has two more games with Yankees for the series and three games with Boston are following. After that, A's will face Yankees and Red Sox again, respectively 3 games. Those will be important series for A's.
Though Rich Harden gave up only 1 run while pitching 6 innings, but he still is in trouble with his control, walked 4 batters today. So, there are some worries about him inside and outside the team. But manager Macha still believes his rebound.
"We figured out his physical condition has no problem to pitch. He is young and now learning about how to control his ball and how to pitch with full confidence. It's gonna be all right and with some experience, he will be one of the best pitcher in the league, I think. Except 4 walks and some control problem, his pitching for today was excellent and his arm is really alive. We are gonna look into what will be happening around him."

A's and Yankees will play the match-up first time for the season. Two teams are considered as the one of the strongest candidates for the champion. Yankees won 26 times in World Series since 1901. A's won 9 times, which is the second-most, with Cardinals.
The match-up between both teams is meaningful after oakland was sold to Ivory Coast when three teams were sold. So now, 25 teams belong to U.S.A, and two teams to Canada, rest 3 teams to Ivory.
A's is representative for the ICV because the team is in the same league with Yankees, which is regard as USA's best team. Other two teams are Kansas City Royals and Pittsburgh Pirates. Royals is too weak to have a winning season and have short history. And Pirates have tradition, but they are in defferent league with Yankees and thesedays their force has not been enough to be regard as the one of the strongest teams.
New rivaly is coming. Players also recognized this situation and regardless of where their tongue contries are, they are full of fighting and have eagerness for the win.
Starting pitcher, Rich Harden from Canada, who will set up for the first match-up of the series showed his fighting.
"First thing, I like to be here. I love the team and country. Against Yankees, we are the one and winning against them is more special than any other win. And I am from Canada, but in a view of nation, we have only two parts here, USA and other countries. Canada has two, and I.C.V has three. I know A's is the special for the C.I.V. I am not from this country but really I want to win and give the special moment to my fans."
How about Zito, who is from U.S.A.
"That's hard question to answer. But I enjoy the game and I think this is the part of the baseball. I am the member of the team and that's the only thing what I am thinking about. You know my country is U.S.A and nobody want to see their country lost in any match-up. If I play for the U.S.A national team, I am really happy to contribute to my country, but from my view, Yankees is one of the 30 teams in the league. So against them, I will play for my team. Most our fans are here in Oakland which is the city of C.I.V, so for fans, we have to play hard."

Before the game, Oakland starting pitcher Danny Haren got every wins in his appearance for the season, it was 5 times and there was one issue he would last his winning streak or not. From the result, he failed to get another win and got first loss of the season.
For this season, his biggest problem until now has been allowing too many home runs. He gave up 3 home runs today, totally 9 home runs this season while pitching 38 innings. With the trend, he is gonna allow about 50 home runs all season, breaking major league record. Except 3 home runs, his pitch tonight was not bad, he conceded only 6 hits including 3 home runs, 4 earned runs while pitching 6 innings.
He didn't get enought run-supports to avoid his first loss from batters. When Haren is on the mound for the game, A's only made 2 runs with Delgado's 2 run home run. After Haren was out of the mound, A's relieved pitchers allowed additional run, so A's couldn't bring the game to their side.
There were one good news and bad news for A's today. First, good news was their power hitter Carlos Delgado showed sign of getting out from his big slump of long time, hitting 2 hits including home run. During his slump, he naver has been changed his spot in the lineup, number 3. Manager Ken Macha said "We've waited this time for a long time. I believe my players and they can control their condition and know how to get out of the slump. We think Delgado is gonna go upward from now on. He could learn some hints from his slump and it will be big help for him who is playing first season in his our team."
Bad thing was the injury of Miguel Cabrera. He fell down in 7th inning while catching the fly ball. He is put on day-to-day and it doesn't seem to be serious. He will be playing again after being absent from some games. Some rests could help him to reshape his condition. Despite of 8 home runs, his batting average is too low, so to play as tema's clean-up hitter, his average should be raised.

In bottom of 7th inning, A's made the game even by 2-2. In 2nd innning Wilkerson hit two-run home run against Barry Zito, giving the lead Rangers until 7th inning. Barry Zito had another good pitching, but batters didn't help him, only saved him from the individual defeat. Zito was taken out of the mound at the situation on base loaded in 7th inning when the score was 1-2. Following pitcher Jeremy Bonderman did deal with next hitter, now allowing any run.
And A's had luck. Mench, left fielder of Rangers, took big mistake in the 7th bottom. He couldn't hold the ball which was hit by Juan Pierre, the runner on 1st base. That ball rolled to the fence, the runner scored from 1st base and Pierre tried to get home to make the game reverse but was out at home plate.
Bonderman locked the 8th inning scoreless with his strong moving fastball. In the bottom of 8th, lead-off hitter of A's, Carlos Gilluen got a walk to give another chance to the team. And pinch-hitter instead of Carlos Delgado, sacrificed sending Gilluen to second base, scoring position. A walk was followed for Miguel Cabrera, and Eric Chavez, the team leader, faced Ron Mahay who relieved starting pitcher Chris Young. He grounded into double play to third blowing the chance and ending the inning.
Though A's pitcher Jeremy Bonderman seemed to be in good shape and his pitches were powerful to be hit. But one bad pitch pushed him to the wall. Hank Blaylock didn't miss his bad pitch and hit two-run home run in 9th. A's got two walks against Rangers closer Francisco Cordero in their last inning, but nothing happend and game was over by 4-2.
That was A's 10th defeats for the season, but they still have 4.5 games gap with 2nd place in the division. A's will play the last game of the series with Rangers. Both took 1 game in first two games.
