Retriever returned the big city of San Francisco to the United States in the process of the nagociation between Retriever and U.S.A about recomposition of their frontier lines. Last year, Retriever bought the whole bay area from the U.S.A as cash, but after that, U.S.A has requested continously its return because a lot of american people didn't agree with their goverment's deal and had protested to get their land returned.
Retriever leader Kim finally decided to sell their land back to U.S.A on condition that they had a lot more profits instead of keeping the area. But Retriever still have the right for the area of Oakland because Kim thought there's not anything negociable about the selling of the Oakland area. Kim is real baseball mania and likes to manage one baseball team on his own. Last year, he managed SF Giants and he feels that if he need to return the SF Giants to the USA owner along with the return of the area to U.S.A, he need another option to manage this year. Oakland is top option for him, he always likes the team as he loves Giants. So at last, Oakland is still in his area and Athletics will be managed by him from now on.
With no San Francisco Giants in Retriever, Retreiver is trying to get another franchise to their land to fill the blank and make four which they always want to. Florida Marlins and San Diego Padres will be the first priorities, but if impossible, they will go with three teams. Thers's no problem.
Kim, as always he do, made the Oakland Athletics to be the best team in the league by investing the a lot of money for the team and trading for big names. Now, right before the season opening, they have best line-up in the league and most powerful rotation. With very good shape of their rotation in 2005, he added two more reliable strart pitchers to their roster, their name were Pedro Martinez and Carlos Zambrano. Another moves about the their hitters, Oakland traded for Miguel Cabrera from Florida, Carlos Delgado from mets. Vitor Martinez, Carlos Gullien and Brian Roberts were their newcomers to the city.
Now Oakland wears totally new clothes and starts the engine for new season. Their dream of winning their 10th world-series champion will be come true this year?
